Extra-curricular activities, including lunchtime as well as after school clubs and residential trips, have proved popular and have enhanced the curriculum. The leavers curriculum is of a high quality - recognised by the Careermark Award. Leavers external accreditation is good (OCR Moderator's comments and examination results). All external areas of the school have been well developed to provide further curriculum opportunities. The school has recently received a new Variety Club minibus.
